By accessing or using BirdReply (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BirdReply is a web-based utility that helps users find marketing opportunities. The Service scans public website content, generates relevant user questions, searches public forums (e.g. Reddit, Hacker News) for matches, and drafts marketing copy suggestions.

3. Registration and Authentication

You must authenticate via Google Sign-In to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

4. Use of the Service & Rules of Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the Service to generate spam, harass other forum members, or violate the terms of service of the target platforms (including Reddit's and Hacker News' API policies).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and code on the Service are the property of BirdReply and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BirdReply, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or change these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
